PAYMENT
Download the application form, and send in your application. You will be notified within 14 days of receiving your application.
If you are selected for the OMAHKU AIR, a contract will be sent to you via email.
Your hosts rely on artist fees in order to sustain and make preparations for a comfortable stay.
A booking fee of 50% of full fee to be made via bank transfer within 30 days after we send the contract to you.
All remaining fees are due on arrival in Indonesian Rupiahs (cash).
If you rely entirely on grant funding to attend Omahku AIR, please ensure that your funding is secured at least 2 months prior to the commencement of your residency.
If due to unforeseen circumstances, you need an extension to pay your deposit, please email us to discuss options. If due to unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel your residency, please see our cancellation policy below. We will be happy to assist rescheduling if possible.
The booking fee and balance is a non-refundable payment, should you leave anytime before the end of your intended stay.
During your stay, please give an advance notice of 7 days if you do not wish to continue the residency.
METHOD
For payments prior to your trip, via bank transfer made in Singapore Dollars to a Singaporean Bank Account.
Bank Transfer details will be sent to applicants via email communication after selection process.
All transactions made on site will be made in cash payment in Indonesian Rupiahs.
Please place cash payments in an envelope when you meet your hosts. It is the Javanese way of politeness.
Please bring along enough cash as a flat fee of 73,990 Rp / S$7.00 per transaction is incurred if you withdraw cash from a local ATM. There is also a cap of approximately 3 million Rp / S$284.00 that you can withdraw from the local ATM.

For international bank transfers to our Indonesian Bank Account, an international bank transfer fee of S$25 will be incurred and will be borne by the applicant.
