CANCELLATIONS


All cancellations incur a 200,000 Rp / S$18.90 administration fee.

​Your hosts invest  time to plan to receive any AIR. We have to turn the opportunity to other interested parties away when we offer you a space at OMAHKU after locking in your downpayment.

​Should you cancel with late notice, other parties who apply are stripped of this prep time and a misopportunity to attend. We seek your kind understanding regarding this. 

If due to unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel your residency, please see our cancellation policy below. We will be happy to assist rescheduling if possible.

REFUND METHOD
​


For payments made prior to your trip, via bank transfer made in Singapore Dollars to a your Bank Account.

​All transactions made on site will be refunded in cash payment in Indonesian Rupiahs.
